What we do for trade businesses

Most people should start on the front page and pick the thing that is annoying them. This page is the full catalogue, for anyone who would rather see the lot — or whose problem is not one of the five.

Every price is on the page it belongs to, and all of them are on the price list. Prices include GST.

Being found, and checked out

Someone gets your name from a neighbour and looks you up before they ring. This is about what they find.

• Website — three sizes, $495 to $1,881, or bundled with the Google profile and reviews from $985. Looking after it afterwards is a care plan, $32 or $164 a month, chosen at launch.
• Google Business Profile — claimed, verified and kept current, including catching the edits Google and the public make without telling you. Setup $440, upkeep $506 a year.

Your email

• Business Email — your own name on your email, set up so it does not land in spam and backed up every night. $7 a mailbox a month, or $21 a month (plus $16 per extra person) with two-factor login and Google’s own filtering.

Running the job

The half of the business that is costing you evenings.

• Job Management Software — choosing a platform, and the part nobody else sells: getting the crew still using it in month three. From $1,639.

Getting paid

• Automation — switching on what Xero already does but nobody set up. Invoice reminders, a pay-now button, and your review link on every invoice. $429.

Not getting had

• Cyber Questionnaire Answer — a builder or an insurer has sent you a form. One call, answered honestly, $319.
• Cyber Posture Review — the checked and scored version, for when somebody needs a document rather than a filled-in form. From $869.
• Cyber security, explained — what actually happens to businesses your size, and the small number of controls that stop most of it.
• Backing up my business — not a product. Just what to use and what it costs. Your mailbox and your website are already covered by us.

Across all of it

• Tech Health Check — a fixed-price half day across everything, ending in a written plan you keep. From $1,089.
• Setup & Support — projects quoted, support bought in hours. $1,188 for eight, or $165 an hour.
• Networks & Connectivity — the workshop, the yard and the site office. Quoted per job.
• Upgrades & Migrations — moving off something that has run out of road, without a week of chaos. Quoted per job.

What we don’t do

Social media management. Google Ads. Link building. Removing bad reviews — nobody can. Acting as your software vendor’s help desk. Selling you hardware, or taking a commission for pointing you at a platform. The full list, with the reasoning, is on the pricing page.
