Honest prices. No surprises.

Every service we sell is on this page, with its add-ons. Most are a fixed price. The few that depend on the job say Quoted, and you get that number in writing before any work starts. All prices include GST.

Websites

Three bundles, or just the site. Most trades know which one they are within about a sentence. More on the Website page.

Each bundle price is the build. Hosting and looking after the site afterwards is a care plan, $32 a month, or $164 if you want us updating content and reporting each quarter. Every site is on one, because the care plan is the hosting. Which one you are on is settled when your site goes live rather than signed before you have seen it (Get Chosen includes Managed).

Get Found — $985

You need to exist online, and turn up when someone searches your name.

  • A one-page website, built and hosted
  • Your Google Business Profile set up properly
  • Your domain name, first year included
  • Your Google reviews shown on your own site
  • Phone, email and map — one tap on a mobile
  • We keep it running, and answer when you call

Bought separately that is $1,106. You save $121.

Get Calls — $1,969

You want the phone to ring. People are searching for what you do, not for you.

  • A five-page site — a page for each of three services, plus about and contact
  • Everything in Get Found
  • An enquiry form that lands in your inbox
  • Your Instagram feed pulled onto the site
  • A photo pack — ten images, licensed and ready
  • Written for you, checked by a human

Bought separately that is $2,239. You save $270.

This is the one most trades want.

Get Chosen — $3,289

You’re growing and you want the better jobs, in the suburbs worth driving to.

  • A nine-page site — a page for each of five services, projects, and where you work
  • Everything in Get Calls
  • Where your next jobs are — a report on building activity and demand, suburb by suburb
  • A project gallery — show the work, not just talk about it
  • Looked after on the $164 Managed plan: content updated and a report every quarter

Bought separately that is $3,790. You save $501.

Straight up, before you choose

A one-page site will not outrank a competitor who has fifteen. If being found on Google matters to you, start at Get Calls. Get Found is for trades who get their work by word of mouth and just need somewhere credible to point people.

EssentialHosting, security certificate, backups, domain and DNS, the enquiry form kept working, word from us when your site goes down, two small changes a year, an annual site health report$32 a month ($384 a year)

There is no uptime guarantee on either plan. What you get is that we find out first and tell you, then fix it.

Built to be found

Included in every site above. Not a monthly extra.

Every site we build has the technical groundwork search engines actually look for — proper page titles on every address, the code that tells Google what your business is and where it works, a sitemap, images that do not slow the page down, and a site that loads fast on a phone on mobile data. Most cheap sites skip it. Most agencies charge a monthly fee for it.

Don’t take our word for it. Send us the site you have now and we will run our scorecard over it and tell you what is wrong with it — free, whether or not you end up working with us. It takes us about an hour and you will learn more from it than from any sales pitch.

Adding to it later

Not now. These are the things clients add once the site is earning its keep.

Email

Two options. Most trades know which one they are.

Simple Mail — $7 per mailbox, per month

It’s just you, and email does the job. Your own name@yourbusiness, on your phone, backed up every night, and a human answers when something breaks. $110 to set up. Each mailbox holds 30 GB, or 50 GB for $14 a month.

No two-factor login. That is the main thing you give up at this price; if a stolen password would hurt, take Secure Mail.

Secure Mail — $21 a month

+ $215 to set up, plus $83 for each extra person · $16 a month for each extra person

You’ve got staff, or you invoice serious money. Two-factor login switched on, and Google’s own scam and virus filtering working on every message before it reaches you. Moving across takes a couple of days and you keep every old email.

Setup is $325 if your website is not with us.

Both of them are backed up. That part isn’t optional.

Every mailbox we run is copied every night and kept separately from the company that provides your email, so if something goes wrong at their end, your mail is not gone with it. On Simple Mail we have restored from it, so getting mail back is a job we have done before.

And when your mail stops working, we know and we send you a text, on both options. Getting something restored is charged as support time. It is rare, and we would rather tell you now than surprise you later.

Why anyone bothers with the second one

Invoice redirection is how trades actually lose money by email. Someone gets into a mailbox, changes the bank details on an invoice, and your customer pays a stranger. It is not rare and it is not theoretical. In nine days in May 2026, five attempts landed on our own clients, and four of them got through the filtering they were on.

If a redirected payment would genuinely hurt — say you are sending invoices over $10,000 — that is the line. The full story is on the email page.

What your email plan covers

Your mailbox backed up every night · a text from us when your mail stops working · two-factor enforced and password-only sign-in switched off (Secure Mail) · the domain records that show when someone sends mail pretending to be you, set and watched · your DNS managed · a named human who answers the phone. Restores, new devices and the rest are billed as support. The full list is below.

Job Management Software

Choosing the right platform for how your business actually runs, then getting everyone using it. More on the Job Management Software page.

What it isPrice
Platform Assessment, soloOne person quoting and invoicing, and one way a job starts$1,639
Platform Assessment, teamA team, a yard, or more than one way a job can start$2,739
Adoption SupportAcross the rollout, until it sticks. Usually 3 to 4 days on your own, 5 to 7 with a team$1,320/day

Plenty of businesses only ever buy the assessment, and the recommendation is yours whether or not you go further with us. We take no commissions from the platforms.

Getting paid

Switching on what Xero already does but nobody set up. More on the Automation page.

What it isPrice
Get Paid, on XeroAutomatic invoice reminders, a Pay now button on every invoice, payments matched back, and your Google review link on the invoice. Tested on a real invoice and handed over in writing$429 one-off

No monthly fee. Xero itself costs you nothing extra; the only new cost is the card fee when a customer pays by card, and we give you that in writing first.

Cyber

We sell checks, not monitoring. Why, in more detail.

What it isPrice
Cyber Questionnaire AnswerA builder or an insurer has sent you a form. One call, answered honestly. Under about $3 million in turnover, start here$319
Cyber Posture Review, smallOne ute, a phone, one or two logins, the usual accounting-and-email$869

Yearly re-checkThe review again, a year on, booked around your insurance renewal$429 or $649

Over about $3 million in turnover, insurers check what you claim, and the review is the right product. Cyber Questionnaire Answer · Cyber Posture Review.

Tech Health Check

A fixed-price half day across everything: website, email, backup, job software and where you are exposed, ending in a written plan you keep. More on the Tech Health Check page.

Setup and support

Support is bought in hours, not as a contract. There is no monthly support fee. More on the Setup & Support page.

What it isPrice
Support blockEight hours, prepaid, twelve months to use them, priority response$1,188
Ad hocWhen you would rather just ring. One-hour minimum$165/hr

Networks & connectivityThe workshop, the yard and the site officeQuoted
Upgrades & migrationsMoving off something that has run out of roadQuoted
Spam blocking on requestForward us the emails, any number in one request; done the next business day$50 a request

What is billed separately, on any plan: setting up new devices and phones after you are live · adding or removing people · migrating extra mailboxes · restores · training · anything that has broken and needs fixing · changes beyond your allowance. Worth being precise about, because this is where most providers are vague and then surprising.

What we don’t do

Worth saying up front, so nobody is disappointed later.

We can’t remove bad reviews. Nobody can promise to: Google decides, and knocks back about half of what gets reported. We will help you write a reply, and that is charged as support time.

We don’t run your social media. We will put your Instagram feed on your site. We will not post for you.

We don’t do Google Ads. Different job. We will point you at someone who does.

We don’t do link building. The cheap end of that trade carries real penalty risk, and we will not put your domain near it.

We don’t build online shops.

We don’t take your photos. We will tell you exactly what to shoot, process what you send, and use licensed stock for the gaps.

We’re not your software vendor’s help desk. If ServiceM8 is broken, that is their job, and we will tell you so rather than bill you to sit on hold.

We can’t promise a spot on Google. Anyone who does is guessing. We build the site so it can rank, and we show you the numbers each quarter.

We don’t sell hardware and we take no commissions from software companies. When we tell you a platform is wrong for you or a machine does not need replacing, there is nothing in it for us either way.

We won’t put an AI between you and a customer ringing about a problem. Not for you, and not for us either. You ring a person.

How the money works

Ongoing services are one invoice a year. Care plans, email and Profile Upkeep: setup plus twelve months, paid up front. Not a direct debit you forget about.

Twelve-month minimum on ongoing services. After that it rolls on. Leave whenever: the domain is yours and we will not hold it hostage.

One-off work is a fixed price, agreed before it starts. Where a line says Quoted, you get the number in writing first. Extra work is quoted before it starts, or billed at $165 an hour if you would rather just ask.

Tradie IT is run by Michael Shaffer, who also runs Embolster Services, an independent IT consultancy in Melbourne. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Current as at 6 October 2026.
